A Prayer Against
Distorted Truth

        Heavenly Father,

        I ask that you move in my heart and in my mind to grow in depth and breadth as far as my understanding and acceptance of Your grace, sovereignty and absolute truth. I ask You, in the precious name of Jesus, to demolish the distorted beliefs planted and nurtured by the enemy. Father, please move mightily in my life to draw near to me so that I will, in turn, increase my desire to draw near to You. Please begin the work of rewiring my belief system. I ask that You shower Your grace upon me in a personal and profound way. Please help me to accept Your truth and Your Word for humanity as a whole and for me personally.

        Lift the veil of spiritual fog and transform the blindness of my pride into a clear view of the Gospel. Please reveal to me and walk into any wounds created by others and then reinforced by the enemy so that You can begin the process of healing me.

        Please remove from my life the people and information feeding the distorted truth and replace those distortions by bringing people and information and resources around me that will support Your Holy Truth. Strengthen me as I feed upon and grow in that truth.

         According to Your will,
